Mahindra World City, Chennai Strengthens It Focus On Destination Creation

Master planned for a community of 6000 homes at Mahindra World City, Chennai, 1500 homes are under development which is expected to be completed and occupied in phases over the next 3 years. The Mahindra World School, which is operational till Class XII, has over 500 students. A Commercial Centre with facilities including a medical centre and Pharmacy, Super market, Banks and ATMs, Beauty Parlour, Food Court and restaurants ispart of the retail offering within MWC.

A 30 bed hospital, a four-star 140-room Holiday Inn Express, a club with Sports facilities are under development and will be operational over the current/next year. The plan for establishment of a second school, hostel, multiplex and mall in the medium term will add to the social and retail infrastructure within MWC and will make it a truly integrated city.

Community Building
